Whistleblower Policy
The Mo Dewji Foundation is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency in all its activities. To uphold these principles, the Foundation encourages employees, partners, and stakeholders to report any unethical, illegal, or improper conduct.
1. Purpose
This policy is designed to provide a clear process for individuals to report concerns related to misconduct without fear of retaliation. The Foundation is committed to investigating all reports thoroughly and fairly.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, and third parties involved with the Mo Dewji Foundation. It covers issues related to:
- Fraud or financial misconduct
- Violations of laws, regulations, or policies
- Harassment or discrimination
- Corruption or bribery
- Other unethical or illegal activities
3. Reporting Procedure
Reports can be made confidentially by email, phone, or in writing to the Mo Foundation Board. All reports should include details of the suspected misconduct, evidence (if available), and any relevant dates.
4. Protection Against Retaliation
The Mo Dewji Foundation will not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Anyone found retaliating against a whistleblower will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
5. Confidentiality
The Foundation will make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of whistleblowers and the reported information, except when disclosure is necessary for a proper investigation or required by law.
6. Investigation
All reports will be promptly reviewed and, where necessary, investigated by an independent team. Appropriate action will be taken based on the findings.
